Social Card, LLC. (“Social Card”) uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing to its customers the Services as described in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available at www.joinsocialcard.com/dpa or other superseding written agreement between you and Social Card (the “Customer Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Customer Agreement.
A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Social Card who has or potentially will have access to or process Customer Information (which may contain Personal Data). Social Card engages sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below.

- Hosting / Cloud Platform: Sub-processors that provide infrastructure and hosting services for the Social Card platform, ensuring that our services are operational and scalable.
- Email Delivery: Sub-processors that handle the delivery of transactional and marketing emails to our customers.
- Payment Processing: Sub-processors that manage and process customer payments securely.
- Analytics: Sub-processors that provide analytics services to help us understand how our services are used and to improve our platform.
- Monitoring: Sub-processors that provide monitoring and error reporting services to help us fix errors and monitor platform performance.
- Customer Support: Sub-processors that provide customer support services to assist in responding to customer queries.
- AI: Sub-processors that provide artificial intelligence services for features such as business card scanning and contact information extraction.
Social Card will update this list as necessary to reflect changes in our sub-processing activities.
